[2] Internet Evangelist Bill Keller Claims “A Vote for Romney will Lead One Million Plus Souls to Hell”

In a 25 April 2012 press release, Internet evangelist Bill Keller, the founder of LivePrayer.com, said “…that a vote for Mormon cult member Mitt Romney will insure at least 1 million souls will end up in hell!!!”

Keller stated “…that Romney’s Mormon cult is gearing up for the election of the first Mormon President in November. They are already gearing up their “evangelism” efforts to bring new converts to their cult’s false teachings. Keller claims, “The Bible clearly teaches Mormon doctrine is 100 percent inconsistent with Biblical Christianity and those who buy into what Paul calls ‘another Gospel,’ will die and their soul[s] be lost for all eternity.”

Keller emphasized that he has never told anyone who to or not to vote for and never endorses any political candidate, and said, “Christians have a real dilemma this November. It is like Satan flipping a two-headed coin with his head on both sides. How can anyone who claims to be a follower of Christ vote for our current President who in every word and deed has proven to be a true enemy of God on every major spiritual issue of the day. He has been a staunch advocate for the legalized slaughter of babies, promoted the radical homosexual agenda, and been a friend to the enemies of Israel.”

Keller went on, “The Republican choice will be a member of the satanic Mormon cult who will never have to say a word for his cult to take advantage of their ultimate goal since they were founded 200 years ago, and that is to gain mainstream acceptance, giving them all the ammunition they need to aggressively seek converts to their cults beliefs. Conservative estimates are that they will gain at least one million new converts, meaning a Romney election will help insure at least one million souls will burn in hell for all eternity! Any ‘Christian leader’ who supports Romney obviously cares more about politics than souls!!!”

Keller concluded, “For Christians to vote with a clear conscience, they will have to pray hard about ALL candidates for President, meaning looking at the third party candidates as well. In the end, as I shared last November a Romney/Obama match-up means that God has finally taken His hand of protection and blessing off of this nation for our gross sins and wickedness. The reality is, NO politician has the true answers this nation needs, since our true problems are spiritual and not political, and the only hope for the United States is to repent of our sins and turn back to God and Biblical Truth.”

[3] World Council of Churches and All Africa Conference of Churches Issue Joint Statement after Muslim Extremists Burn Gerief West Bible School and the Sudan Presbyterian Evangelical Church in Khartoum, Sudan

“The World Council of Churches (WCC) and the All Africa Conference of Churches (AACC) express grave concern over the escalating armed conflict between Sudan and South Sudan and call upon both parties to exercise maximum restraint to avoid any further deterioration of the situation.

“We call for mutual respect of the territorial integrity of each other’s state. We have followed with deep concern the developments that led to the occupation of Heglig by the armed forces of the Republic of South Sudan and advocate for a just and peaceful resolution of the conflict starting with immediate ceasefire.

“The WCC and the AACC deplore loss of life caused by the escalation of the conflict. We call on both parties to resist from hardening of positions and instead agree to resolve any differences through talks as they did in the run up to the signing of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA). We implore the parties to use the CPA as the framework and model for resolving the border issue and all other outstanding issues. In this regard we call upon the Government of Kenya, the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD), the African Union (AU) and International Community to double their diplomatic efforts at helping Sudan and South Sudan to de-escalate the military campaigns and sit around the table to negotiate.

“We wish to emphasize that war should not continue to be considered as a viable option. And any full-blown war between Sudan and South Sudan will have security implications for the whole region and precipitate a humanitarian disaster. Therefore it must be avoided at all costs.

“We wish to emphasize that war should not continue to be considered as a viable option. And any full-blown war between Sudan and South Sudan will have security implications for the whole region and precipitate a humanitarian disaster. Therefore it must be avoided at all costs.

“The WCC and the AACC wish to assure the Sudanese churches and People of our prayerful support and solidarity in seeking a peaceful solution to the prevailing conflict. We are prepared at any and all times to be at the disposal of the Sudan Council of Churches and its member churches and work together to save lives and promote peace, healing and reconciliation in South Sudan and Sudan.”
